General TermsI will only accept a visual reference, or detailed textual reference.
I will cancel your commission if I believe you are acting with ill intention or rude manners.
If ToS are not followed, I will cancel or decline your commission.Payment TermsI do not accept payment before I have started the artwork or after I have sent the sketch. I will ask for payment when the piece is completed and ready to be sent. This keeps myself liable to complete your artwork in a timely manner.I only accept CashApp and PayPal.ProcessWIPs will be sent when you ask for it, and when the sketch is completed for changes. I may send additional WIPs if I need clarification, and will ask for payment when the commission is completed.Estimated time to completion is 1 week to 1 month. It is highly variable due to complexity of art, my own health as I have a physical disability, my job, etc. I don’t do rushes.Customer SatisfactionI will do anything I can to have you satisfied with your art piece, however, I can only make minor changes once I have moved on to Shading. (Coloring/marking mistakes are fine, as long the changes aren't major.)Any drastic changes after I have moved onto shading will result in a $3 fee.Copyright/Usage PolicyI hold every right to produced art, not the commissioner. You still own your rights to your own character(s).I may use the artwork to promote myself, display it anywhere, or post it anywhere.The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use, print it, claim the character as their own (unless it is from a movie, show, book, comic, etc.), and post/display with proper credit/watermarked.The following is copyright infringementReproducing, using commercially, or otherwise making money off the artwork, taking credit for the artwork, removing watermarks/signatures, or altering the artwork without my consent.If you break the copyright infringement, every right you have to my artwork will be renounced.A purchase of commercial rights to my artwork will be an added 60% of the price you originally paid.Refunding PolicyI have the right to cancel the commission for any reason specified or unspecified.You may cancel your commission after you have sent the money, but you will not get a refund.If I cancel your commission I will refund you.
